RSO should come out with ease if not use more heat do not use force or you could break the plunger
b. Place the RSO under your tongue or along your gum line (sublingual administration) and hold it there for 60-90 seconds before swallowing or wait till dissolved for best results.
c. You can also mix RSO with food or a beverage, but it may take longer to feel the effects if consumed this way, as it must pass through the digestive system.
